You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. 388wen strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your Account. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. 388wen will not be held liable for losses resulting from failure to enable available security features.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, forfeiture of balance pending investigation.
An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 388wen reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts after the 12-month period. You will be notified at least 30 days before any such fee is applied.

For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Exceptions require written approval from the 388wen compliance team and additional documentation.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by 388wen are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all promotions.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant offer before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days after being credited to your Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
388wen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not adversely affect users who have already claimed and commenced wagering on the affected offer.
All bets are subject to 388wen's acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion without providing reasons, consistent with our obligations under applicable regulations.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are final and will not be adjusted retroactively except in cases of manifest error (see clause 6.4). In-play odds reflect real-time market conditions and may be suspended or altered at any time.
Bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market, published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, the decision of the 388wen trading team shall be final. Results are sourced from official governing bodies where available.
Where 388wen determines that a bet was accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a human or technical error, we reserve the right to void or re-settle the bet at the correct odds. Manifest error determinations will be communicated to affected users within 72 hours of discovery.
Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are published on the Platform. Winnings that exceed these limits will be capped at the stated maximum. Limits are applied per account per day.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from 388wen.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or losses arising from betting decisions made on the Platform.
388wen's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the 388wen Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by our regulatory obligations or to facilitate payment processing through our authorised payment partners.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 388wen support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending.
388wen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or inability to verify user identity. Where termination occurs without breach by the user, any Real Money Balance will be returned in full.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination of these Terms.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which 388wen holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
